Schools Question Time

Inspired by the format of the BBC’s Question Time, this event gives students the opportunity to take part in a live discussion on issues that matter to them and their communities. Students will put questions to a diverse panel of speakers from across public and professional life, including individuals involved in public decision‑making, alongside voices from services, organisations and industry. The discussion encourages lively debate and supports the development of critical thinking, communication skills and confidence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students to explore big ideas, express their views, and engage in thoughtful discussion in a university setting.

This year’s event will take place on Friday 10 July. Bookings are now open for school groups with students in Years 10–12 - please register your interest on the online form.
