Explore Earth and Environmental Science
We’re excited to invite Year 12 school groups to take part in our two-part outreach programme, Explore Earth and Environmental Science, designed to introduce students to the field of Earth and Environmental Sciences and give them a taste of university life.
Programme Details
The first part of the programme is an in-school interactive talk in February or March 2026. Then in March, you'll attend an on-campus event. Through this experience, your students will gain insight into STEM careers and university-style learning, supporting them to make informed choices about future study.
The programme is free of charge, but students will need to bring their own lunch for the campus day. Applications for the next iteration of Explore Earth and Environmental Science will open in Autumn 2026.
Programme Overview
